Right of withdrawal

If you buy from us as a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of receiving the racket, without giving a reason.
We extend that period to thirty days. Everything below applies to the full thirty days.
How to withdraw
Email info@furyxstudios.com with your order number or your certificate number and tell us you are withdrawing from the purchase. A short line is enough; you do not have to use a form. We confirm your withdrawal in writing on the same working day.
Send the racket back within fourteen days of that message, in the presentation case, with the certificate. You cover the cost of sending it back.
Refund
We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard shipping cost, to the payment method you used, within fourteen days of receiving the racket back.
You are liable for any loss in value that goes beyond what is needed to establish the nature and the characteristics of the racket. Playing a few matches with it is fine.
