Questions that actually matter
Because we would be selling you a racket that is not in the building. The First Edition is one hundred and eighty pieces and they arrive in the first quarter of 2027. The rackets we do have are going out to trainers and clubs as demos, so that by the time the drop opens you can have hit one. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and holds your place until then.
Two things. You get the drop date, the edition and the link before it is public anywhere. And numbers are assigned in the order people joined — the first 180 on the list are the first 180 rackets, and the earlier you are, the lower the number on your certificate. There is no payment and nothing to cancel.
Then the list decides, in the order people joined. There are 180 and there will not be a second run of them, so everyone past that point goes on for the next drop. That is the honest reason to put your name down now rather than in January.

A stiff 12K face and a head-heavy balance send more of the ball back into your hand than a soft round racket does. Most players never notice it. If you are coming back from a painful elbow, be honest with yourself and build up slowly — a fresh overgrip, a relaxed hand and a real warm-up do more for your arm than any claim printed on a frame.
Heavier through the swing for the first hour, and then it stops feeling heavy. Most round rackets carry their weight low in the handle; the FX-1 carries it in the head, which is where the power comes from. The trade is that your contact point has to be a little more honest.
Twelve thousand filaments per tow — four times denser than the 3K found in most rackets at this price. Denser weave, stiffer frame, more direct energy transfer and more feedback into your hand.
It adds bite, and bite is not the same as spin. The rough 12K texture holds the ball a fraction longer, which you feel on a kick serve and on a cut bandeja. Like every rough face it wears smoother over the first months of play. Most of your spin still comes from your swing path, not from the paint.
Full 12K carbon, an EVA HR core, a holographic finish, a limited drop of 180 and direct sales. There is no distributor margin in the price. That is why it does not cost €450. It is also the price you will pay at the drop — the list does not get a different one.
No. Your number is printed on the numbered certificate that ships in the box with the racket. The frame stays clean — nothing is engraved into it.
The First Edition opens in the first quarter of 2027 and ships from our own warehouse the next working day after you order, tracked and insured. Shipping is free in the Netherlands, €12.95 to the rest of the EU and €19.95 to the countries we serve outside it. The waitlist gets the exact date by email before it is public.
You have thirty days from the day it arrives. Play it properly — not once. If it is not better than the racket you own now, send it back and we refund you. Used is fine; that is the whole point of a play test.
At two or three sessions a week it takes eighteen months to two years before the core softens and you feel the ball leaving flatter. The bumper is replaceable long before that, without opening the frame, and the grip is a two-minute job.
