Shipping
Every order is tracked and insured, whatever it costs to send.
- The Netherlands — free.
- Rest of the European Union — €12.95.
- Outside the EU — €19.95 to the countries we currently serve. Import duties are yours to pay on arrival.
A racket that is on the shelf leaves our warehouse the next working day. If your edition is made to order, we email you the shipping date within one working day of your order.
Do not see your country at checkout? Email info@furyxstudios.com and we will quote the rate and the duties before you order.
Returns
You have thirty days from the day you receive the racket to send it back for a refund. Used is fine: we expect you to play with it before you decide. Send it back in the presentation case with the certificate.
Email info@furyxstudios.com with your order number or your certificate number and we send you a prepaid return label. The return shipping is on us — nothing is deducted from your refund.
We refund the full amount, the original shipping included, to the payment method you used, within fourteen days of receiving the racket back.
Your number
The number you claim is printed on the certificate that ships in the box. It is yours from the moment you order, and it does not affect your right to return the racket.
