Two years, no small print

We cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Your certificate number is the proof — you do not need the receipt.

What is covered

Delamination of the face, a frame that cracks without impact, a core that collapses under normal play, and faults in the finish that were there when the racket left us.

What is not covered

Normal wear on the bumper and the grip, both of which are replaceable. Damage from hitting the wall, the court, the fence or another racket. Damage from heat — a racket left in a car in the sun. Rackets that have been repaired or modified by someone else.

How it works

Email info@furyxstudios.com with your certificate number and a photo. We answer within a working day. If the claim is valid we repair the racket or replace it. If your edition is sold out we replace it with the closest available piece from the current batch.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.
